Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-79 years; 2. Breast biopsy surgery is required; 3. The vital signs were stable without serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other comorbidities; 4. Able to understand the content of the questionnaire; 5. No serious visual and auditory impairment (good acceptance of the definition and volume of the video in the VR system); 6. Had not received psychological counseling or treatment before medical treatment; 7. Sign informed consent and cooperate with clinical investigators voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is an active infection or open wound on the face or eyes; 2. People with skin allergy or vertigo in contact with headphones and VR glasses; 3. Patients whose biopsy results were malignant and who continued to receive mastectomy under general anesthesia; 4. Have a history of mental illness, such as dementia, insanity, seizures, etc.
