Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria. 2. 40<=age<=80, gender is not limited. 3. The patient should sign the informed consent voluntarily (if the patient cannot sign the informed consent due to physical disorder or other reasons, the patient's family member should sign on behalf of the patient). 4. Unconscious disorders, aphasia, heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, organic mental disorders, etc.. 5. Promise not to use antidepressants during the observation period. (6) The TOAST types were arteriosclerosis type or arteriolar occlusion type. 7. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for massage treatment; 2. Associated with the risk of suicide. 3. Patients with acute stroke (within two weeks) or progressive stroke and unstable vital signs. 4. Severe post-stroke depression (HAMD > 24). 5. Patients with severe cognitive impairment (MMSE <= 9). 6. Recurrent depression, refractory depression or depressive symptoms are difficult to treat. 7. Accompanied by psychotic symptoms. 8. Patients with intolerance, presence of magnetic metal objects near the head or in the brain.
