Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of stroke; 2. The ability to speak and understand is normal; 3. Possess mobile devices such as mobile phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, nerve, muscle or skeletal disease, mental illness; 2. Because of treatment and other factors, it is not suitable to participate in the research; 3. With serious sequelae (such as paralysis in bed); 4. Complicated with serious complications (such as heart failure); 5. Participate in other similar research.
