Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stable COPD confirmed by objective evidence; 2. GOLD level: 2-4, group B to group D; 3. 18 years of age or older, normal cognitive ability, familiar with this study, willing to participate, and sign informed agreement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other pulmonary diseases, including asthma or a history of asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, and other airflow limitation diseases; tuberculosis or receiving antibacterial chemotherapy for tuberculosis; severe pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, and pneumothorax after healing within 1 month; previous lung surgery history, etc.; 2. Suffer from severe physical and mental illness, including acute myocardial infarction within 6 months, unstable angina, uncontrolled arrhythmia, syncope, infective endocarditis, severe heart valve disease, uncontrolled heart failure, Suspected arterial disease, deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, acute dysfunction of non-cardiopulmonary system (renal failure, thyrotoxicosis), malignant tumor, mental illness, respiratory failure, etc.; 3. Women during pregnancy or lactation.
