18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients with blood glucose >= 15mmol/L, who need insulin micropump to control blood glucose; 3. Estimated length of ICU stay >= 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing to participate in the experiment; 2. Eetoacidosis, hyperosmotic hyperglycemia syndrome, chronic pancreatitis; 3. End-stage of diseases.
