Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly heart failure patients, male and female, >= 60 years old were enrolled; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of HFpEF in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart failure 2018; (1) Have symptoms or signs of heart failure, and have no acute heart failure in recent 1 month; (2) LVEF >= 50%, NYHA cardiac function grade II ~IV; (3) NT-probNP >125ng/L, and conform to one of the following: 1) Left ventricular hypertrophy/left atrium enlargement; 2) Cardiac diastolic dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mitral stenosis or aortic stenosis and other severe valvular heart disease; 2. Acute myocardial infarction; 3. Acute pericarditis, rheumatic heart disease, etc.; 4. Thrombophlebitis or intracardiac thrombosis; 5. Severe complications, advanced malignant tumor, life expectancy <6 months; 6. Those who refuse or cannot accept the evaluation.
