60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years, regardless of gender; 2. No previous serious systemic medical diseases such as tumors, cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, and hyperthyroidism; 3. Voluntarily accept the test and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stress conditions such as injury and infection existed within 3 months before enrollment; 2. Take drugs affecting muscle and skeletal functions within 6 months before entering the group; 3. Combined with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia, disability, and mental disorder; 4. Combine other taboos that may affect the performance of the examination (puncture, MRI, physical ability).
