18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological results of all patients after one-stage radiotherapy showed local recurrence of the nasopharynx; 2. Preoperative MRI showed that the recurrent lesions were limited to the nasopharynx, slightly invading the anterior styloid space or involving the bottom of the sphenoid bone, and there was sufficient safe boundary (more than 1 cm from the ipsilateral internal carotid artery); 3. Aged between 18-75; 4. The distance between anterior incisors exceeds 4.0cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extensive skull base bone destruction or cranial nerve paralysis; 2. Cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 3. Patients with limited mouth opening or closed teeth; 4. Patients with poor general basic conditions or unable to tolerate general anesthesia.
