Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction revised at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; ii) first onset; iii) patients were admitted to hospital within 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with a history of tumor, severe infection, autoimmune disease or severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
