Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cataracts can undergo phacoemulsification after evaluation; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 3. More than 45 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of eye diseases, trauma, or surgery that may affect visional acuity; 2. Previous autoimmune diseases or severe systemic diseases, such as leukemia, rheumatic diseases, malignant tumors, etc; 3. Preoperative examination of patients with macular edema or other structural abnormalities in the macular area; 4. The quality of OCTA imaging is seriously affected by the preoperative examination of poor fixation/refractive interstitial opacity; 5. During the operation, there were adverse events such as posterior capsular rupture/hemorrhage/intraocular tissue injury/anterior chamber instability, and there were adverse events such as endophthalmitis/abnormal intraocular lens position/posterior cataract during the follow-up period; 6. Patients with serious xerophthalmia that may affect refraction; 7. Patients with serious cortical turbidity that affects the nuclear lens color.
