Standard Group:Tissue glue injection assisted by titanium clip flow limiting

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IGV with a history of variceal bleeding(IGV confirmed by endoscopy and gastrorenal shunt confirmed by abdominal enhanced CT or liver CTA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with conditions including: 1. Hepatoma; 2. Extensive portal vein thrombosis; 3. Child-pugh grade C; 4. Severe portal hypertension gastropathy; 5. Complicated with gastric ulcer and other gastrointestinal diseases that can cause gastrointestinal bleeding.
