Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA classification: I- II; 4. Clinical examination confirmed the patient with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp, which met the relevant diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe abnormal liver and renal function; 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, and immune system diseases; 3. A history of long-term use of sedatives; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Preoperative uncontrolled hypertension, severe liver and renal impairment, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, diabetic anemia, and hypovolemia; 6. People with mental disorders and cognitive impairment.
