18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is older than 18 years old; 2. Thyroid papillary carcinoma confirmed by puncture; 3. Maximum diameter <= 1.0cm; 4. Multiple lesions were located in the same side of thyroid gland; 5. There is no imaging or clinical evidence indicating capsule invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis; 6. No history of neck radiation or thyroid surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coagulation disorder or serious organ failure.
