Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accurate history of hypertension, defined as systolic blood pressure = 140mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure >= 90mmHg; 2. The first CT scan was performed within 6 hours of onset; 3. Complete CT reexamination within 24 hours after onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary cerebral hemorrhage caused by brain injury, cerebrovascular malformation, aneurysm and tumor; 2. Ischemic cerebral infarction, hemorrhagic transformation; 3. Primary intraventricular hemorrhage; 4. Before CT Reexamination, he received surgical treatment such as hematoma removal or puncture and drainage; 5. CT image quality is poor and can not be accurately evaluated.
