18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cadaveric kidney transplantation was performed for the first time, regardless of gender, ASA grade II ~ III, nyhy grade II ~ III, aged 18 ~ 65 years, BMI 18 ~ 26 kg / m2; Dialysis was performed regularly before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative cognitive impairment were judged by MMSE scale, and patients with preoperative sleep disorder were judged by PSQI scale; Coagulation dysfunction, heart failure and respiratory failure; Long term use of sedative or antidepressant drugs; Unable to communicate and cooperate with follow-up.
