Conditions

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients with severe thalassemia

Interventions

Group 1:Capofungin would be used from the beginning of pretreatment until neutrophils implanted, and Posaconazole would be prophylaxis with neutrophils until 90 days after HSCT.

Group 2:Fluconazole would be used from the beginning of pretreatment until neutrophils implanted,and Posaconazle would be prophylaxis with neutrophils until 90 days after HSCT.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thalassemia major with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT); 2. Aged 2-18 of either gender; 3. Given written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to caspofungin and posaconzole; 2. Impaired liver function with (AST/ALT>10ULN or TBIL>3ULN); 3. Inability to carry out long-term follow-up.
