Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Schools: Ten public primary schools in Linqu County, Shandong province will be included, and the number of classes in each school from grade 2 to grade 4 is at least 2, and the number of children in each school is at least 35. 2.Participants: Children at grade 2 to 4 (age about 8 to 10 years old) and one of their caregivers will be included in 10 primary schools in Linqu,Shandong province.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children or their caregivers who refuse to participate in this study.
