Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of case group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease formulated by the American Heart Association; 2. The patient's clinical manifestations, myocardial zymogram or ECG changes are consistent with the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease, or coronary angiography shows that the stenosis degree of at least one of its main coronary arteries is >= 50%; 3. Sign the informed consent form and be willing to cooperate with this study. Inclusion criteria of control group: 1. Patients without typical clinical symptoms and normal ECG or color Doppler echocardiography, who are judged by doctors as non coronary heart disease; 2. Sign the informed consent form and be willing to cooperate with this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with previous severe valvular disease, severe myocarditis, severe liver and kidney damage, severe infectious diseases, blood diseases, thyroid dysfunction, tumors; 2.Missing clinical data.
