Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 55 years; 2. Voluntary participation and informed consent of the patient and his/her family to cooperate in completing all investigations and collecting venous blood; 3. His condition is stable and he is conscious.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe liver dysfunction (AST/ALT exceeds twice the upper limit of normal value), renal dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction or other serious systemic diseases; 2. Patients with severe visual and hearing impairment or other physical diseases that affect the evaluation results of the scale; 3. Infectious diseases or severe infection (such as respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, urinary tract infection, high fever, etc.) in the last two weeks; 4. Patients with serious endocrine diseases or autoimmune diseases and tumors; 5. Exclude vascular dementia and other types of dementia; 6. Have a history of anxiety, depression and other mental disorders.
