Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gynecological surgery is planned at 8:00-18:00; 2. Before operation, the Ascens Insomnia Scale (AIS) was investigated and evaluated by questionnaire star, AIS >= 4 points (sleep disorder); 3. Heart, lung, liver, brain, kidney and other organs function normally; 4. No history of brain trauma, brain surgery or epilepsy in the past; 5. Have junior high school education or above, and can understand and complete the assessment questionnaire; 6. Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent form before operation; 7. Aged 18 to 45 years (perimenopause).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied with other heart and lung diseases; 2. Any untreated emotional disorder, anxiety disorder, depression or mental disorder; 3. Cardiac tamponade, severe liver dysfunction or medical diseases not supported by this study; 4. Have a history of alcoholism or drug abuse; 5. Allergies to dexmedetomidine, flurbiprofen axetil and other perioperative drugs; 6. Pregnant women, lactating women or patients planning to become pregnant; 7. Preoperative insomnia is caused by chronic pain and mental illness; 8. BMI >= 25 kg/m2.
