Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children scheduled to thoracoscopic pulmonary lesion resection (lobectomy or segmental resection); 2.Age 1-3 years; 3.ASAI-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of allergy to amide type local anesthetics; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Children with severe spinal deformity; 4. The skin at the place to be punctured is damaged or infected.
