Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of the school: (1) Agree to participate in the study; (2) Choose public schools with similar school scale and teaching conditions for comparison; (3) At present, there is no intervention project to prevent overweight and obesity or similar diet and exercise; (4) The school has no relocation plan in the next two years. 2. Student inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects and guardians read and signed the informed consent form; (2) Aged 11-18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is mental illness or other health problems affecting diet and exercise behavior; 2.Having a migration plan in the near future or going out for long time (six months or more).
