18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Emergency trauma: car accident, falling, engineering accident, etc.; 2. ASA I - III; 3. Aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Craniocerebral or spinal cord injury,hemorrhagic shock decompensation. 2.Liver or renal dysfunction; 3.History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence, history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; 4.Severe visual, hearing or language impairment; 5.history of major physical or mental trauma, severe atrioventricular block and sinus bradycardia.
