Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 <= Age < 70; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis in the 2021 International guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of severe sepsis and septic shock; 3. Voluntary participate in this clinical experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage patients; 2. Patients with a recent acute myocardial infarction; 3. Women with pregnancy or lactation; 4. Newly recent blood cough; 5. Untreated patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis; 6. Severe coagulant dysfunction; 7. Severe cardiac arrhythmia; 8. Aortic aneurysm; 9. Severe tracheal stenosis; 10. Patient's clinical data were incomplete.It is not in the category of this study.
