Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of ischemic stroke is in line with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018" issued by the Cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018; 2.Neuroimaging shows ischemic lesions in patients; 3.Patients were admitted within 24 hours of onset of illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete clinical data (lack of peripheral blood collection, imaging data, hospital stay of less than 72 hours). 2.Patients have a history of rheumatism-related diseases, hematologic diseases, severe liver and kidney failure, psychiatric diseases, head trauma or surgery, and tumor diseases.
