Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient group plans to select from the long-term hospitalized schizophrenics in Pudong Mental Health Center, while the control group plans to screen normal health through social recruitment at the same time; 2. Age 20-65 years; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), and have been diagnosed by two doctors at or above the level of chief care; 4. Normal hearing and vision; 5. Obtain the informed consent of the patient and guardian, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with brain organic diseases, serious physical diseases, mental retardation, and severe malnutrition; 2. Chronic immune system diseases, nervous system diseases, infectious diseases, endocrine diseases; 3. Patients currently using hormones and immunosuppressants; 4. Those with severe psychotic symptoms; 5. History of dependence on alcohol and other psychoactive substances; 6. Women with pregnancy and lactation history within half a year, and women in menstruation; 7. No MECT treatment history in recent six months.
