Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years; 2. With elective cardiopulmonary bypass and off-pump cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA >= V; 2.patients who cannot cooperate.
