Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Exploratory Phase: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Peritoneal dialysis time >= 3 months; 3. Peritoneal dialysis for no more than 2 years; 4. Peritoneal ultrafiltration failure within 2 years; 5. Sign the informed consent; Verification phase: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Peritoneal dialysis time >= 3 months; 3. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exploratory Phase: 1. History of abdominal surgery after peritoneal dialysis; 2. History of peritonitis associated with peritoneal dialysis or peritonitis caused by other diseases; 3. Refusal to sign informed consent; Verification phase: 1. History of abdominal surgery after peritoneal dialysis; 2. History of peritonitis associated with peritoneal dialysis or peritonitis caused by other diseases; 3. Enter other studies within 4 weeks of entering this study; 4. Pregnancy status; 5. Patients with malignant tumor; 6. Life expectancy is less than 6 months; 7. Refusal to sign informed consent.
