Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-85 years; 2. Stay in ICU > 24 hours; 3. The vital signs were stable, and no vasoactive drugs were used or the dose of vascular active drugs was increased within 2 hours; 4. Equipped with arterial blood pressure monitoring device; 5. The skin of the thigh is intact without damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular diseases such as deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs; 2. Lower limb fracture, history of fracture or edema.
