Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, male or female; 2. Patients who have received subcutaneous injection of insulin at least once a day for more than 1 year; 3. Poor blood glucose control (HbA1c > 7.5%); 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign relevant informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infection, ketoacidosis and other serious complications; 2. Currently using glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists and other drugs requiring subcutaneous injection into the abdomen; 3. Known mass at injection site, such as lipoma, cortical gland cyst, subcutaneous cyst, etc.; 4. Complications such as psoriasis, eczema and other abdominal skin inflammation; 5. Known or possible allergy to medical ultrasound couplings; 6. Unable to complete general information collection or clinical physical examination; 7. Patients with a history of previous abdominal surgery and obvious scars; 8. Frequent or recent episodes of severe hypoglycemia; 9. Pregnant women; 10. Complicated with mental illness and cognitive dysfunction and unable to take care of themselves.
