1 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cleft palate I-III degrees; 2. No history of upper respiratory tract infection, combined with other organs and respiratory tract malformations, such as jaw dysplasia, congenital heart disease, etc.; 3. ASA: I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty in intubation before operation; 2. Repair of cleft palate in small mandibular syndrome; 3. Prolonged bleeding and coagulation time and more bleeding during operation; 4. Premature infants, low weight, cerebral palsy, mental retardation.
