18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, male or female; 2. Indications for bariatric surgery (BMI >= 40 kg/m^2 or BMI >= 35 kg/m^2 with metabolic syndrome); gallbladder stones bigger than 2 cm with or without cholecystitis confirmed by the abdominal MRI or ultrasound; 3. No severe organic disease or any surgical contraindication; 4. Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have a history of abdominal surgery; 2. Patients had intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones or history of biliary pancreatitis or biliary surgery; 3. Preoperative examinations suggested that patients with silt-like gallbladder stones or acute cholecystitis or gallbladder atrophy or porcelain gallbladder or gallbladder mass oaccompanied by acute cholecystitis, etc.
