Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary CT-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the trigeminal nerve after understanding the relevant surgical risks; 2. Patients ranged in age from 18 to 80 years; 3. Preoperative NRS >= 4 points; 4. Conservative treatment (such as drugs, etc.) was ineffective, and the symptoms obviously affected daily life and workers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to provide relevant treatment information for scientific researchers; 2. Local or systemic infection at puncture point; 3. Local anesthetic or propofol allergy; 4. Coagulation dysfunction or obvious thrombocytopenia; 5. Mental disorder or inability to cooperate with surgery; 6. Those who are unable to understand the relevant scale and make an objective evaluation of their condition.
