Control group:APR surgery and direct transperitoneal permanent stoma

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. Due to the condition, APR surgery is planned; 3. ASA <= III; 4. Patients can understand the study plan and are willing to participate in this study, provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding, etc.; 2. Severe psychiatric history; 3. Continuous systemic steroid therapy within 1 month; 4. Life expectancy < 2 years; 5. Patients who have undergone colostomy for reasons other than rectal cancer surgery.
