Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old or above; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye. The standard mainly refers to the consensus of clinical diagnosis and treatment experts on dry eye proposed by the ophthalmology branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2013, that is, it has one of the symptoms such as dryness, foreign body sensation and vision fluctuation, BUT <= 5 s, or Schirmer I test (no surface anesthesia) <= 5 mm/ 5 min; 5 s < BUT <= 10 s or 5 mm/ 5 min < Schirmer I test (no surface anesthesia) <= 10 mm/ 5 min, with positive staining of corneal conjunctival fluorescein; 3. It meets the diagnostic criteria of MGD in China: dry eye symptoms with abnormal blepharal fat secretion or one of the following morphological abnormalities of the lower eyelid margin: (1) Hyperemia and telangiectasia of the eyelid margin; (2) Hyperkeratosis of the eyelid margin; (3) Hypertrophy of the eyelid margin; (4) Irregular shape of the eyelid margin; (5) Neovascularization of the eyelid margin; 4. The treatment scheme of IPL combined with meibomian gland massage (MGX) has been completed for four times; 5. Dry eye examination was completed before treatment, 1 month and 3 months after treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other eye diseases other than cataract; 2. History of eye surgery or trauma, excluding meibomian gland cyst resection; 3. Incomplete closure of eyelids; 4. Acute ocular inflammation; 5. History of pregnancy or systemic immune system diseases; 6. Contact lens wearers within 2 weeks before or during treatment; 7. A history of systemic or ocular drug use affecting tear film is known within 2 weeks before or during treatment.
