New-Onset Atrial Fibrillation After Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age in the range of 40-60 years; 2. Simple coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. Postoperative atrial fibrillation with a duration of > 30 s or more than 4 times/day, or a duration of more than 1 hour 4. The duration of long-term dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring > 5 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of other organic heart disease; 2. Previous history of atrial fibrillation or atrioventricular valve organic lesions; 3. Patients with moderate and/or massive mitral regurgitation due to ischemia, need to be treated at the same time; 4. Patients with left atrial anterior and posterior diameter >= 45 mm; 5. Patients with significantly decreased left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF <= 0.40); 6. Complicated with thyroid dysfunction, uncorrected electrolyte disorder, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and abnormal liver and renal function before operation; 7. Postoperative death or lack of related data.
