Complicated with thyroid dysfunction, uncorrected electrolyte disorder, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and abnormal liver and renal function before operation; 7. Postoperative death or lack of related data.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The electro-mechanical coupling time of the atrium at the left atrial lateral wall of the mitral annulus, P-ALA;The electro-mechanical coupling time of the interatrial septal annulus, P- AIAS;The electro-mechanical coupling time of the atrium at the right atrial lateral wall of the tricuspid annulus, P- ARA;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Soluble Growth Stimulation Expressed Gene2, sST2;Left atrial diameter, LAD;B-type Natriuretic Peptide;Pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure;Ejection fraction;
