Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. General anesthesia patients undergoing elective thyroid surgery; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. Voluntary participation in this clinical trial with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of neurological or mental illness, recent use of drugs affecting the central nervous system, alcoholism or abuse of illicit drugs; 2. Hearing and speech impairment; 3. Arrhythmia (arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation or atrioventricular block) or artificial pacemaker implantation; 4. Other cardiovascular diseases (coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, aortic aneurysm, etc.) ; 5. Uncontrolled hypertension; 6. Severe impairment of heart, lung, kidney and liver function; 7. Less than 80% or more than 120% of ideal body weight; 8. Participating in other clinical studies at the same time; 9. Other diseases considered unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial by the researchers.
