Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with unilateral acoustic neuroma by MRI and planned to receive surgical resection of the tumor; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with neuromuscular disease, affecting activity and function; balance dysfunction caused by other causes (including Meniere's disease, vestibular neuritis, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 2. Patients who have received radiotherapy or surgery for intracranial lesions; 3. Patients with limited head and neck movement or head immobilization due to other reasons (severe cervical spondylosis, neck trauma, intracranial infection, etc.) and unable to complete follow-up; 4. Patients with severe organ dysfunction, mental disorders, etc., and unable to complete follow-up; 5. The researcher considers that there are other reasons for not participating in this clinical study.
