Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with prosthetic heart valves; 2. The valve location and type of prosthesis the anticoagulation regimen were documented in medical record of pregnant women with PHVs; 3. Patients who have complete pregnancy information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who selected abortion for non-medical reasons.
