(1)Neck pain or low back pain
(2)Pain, paresthesia, weakness in upper and/or lower extremities
(3)Abnormal gait
(4)X-ray or CT showing spinal degenerative changes, etc.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets condition (4) and one or more of conditions (1)-(3); (1)Neck pain or low back pain; (2)Pain, paresthesia, weakness in upper and/or lower extremities; (3)Abnormal gait; (4)X-ray or CT showing spinal degenerative changes, etc.; 2. Informed consent, volunteer experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of MR examination; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients who cannot give full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders; 4. Patients with benign and malignant tumors of the spine, history of spinal surgery or interventional therapy, spinal infectious diseases, spinal fractures, metabolic bone disease, rheumatoid disease.
