Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For those patients who are ready for elective laparoscopic colorectal-carcinoma surgery under general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia; 2. The estimated operation time is less than 4 hours; 3. Aged >= 40 years, American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II, and body mass index (BMI) of 18.5-24 kg/m^2; 4. Patients without serious cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney diseases, obvious mental disorders and long-term use of hormones and other special drugs; 5. Patients without concomitant digestive disorders other than colorectal cancer; 6. Patients without the history of gastrointestinal surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 7. All patients and their families were informed and willing to cooperate with the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous abdominal surgery; 2. Patients with any other diseases or pathological conditions that may interfere with the experimental results; 3. Identify the patients who are allergic to the study drug; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction.
