18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years 40%; 8. Patients undergoing heart surgery for the first time; 9. No history of congenital heart disease or coronary artery disease; 10. Good compliance, able to cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart surgery is accompanied by surgery on other body parts; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction (the test result exceeds the upper limit of the normal value by 3 times), and there are surgical contraindications; 3. Those suffering from other diseases who need radiotherapy, chemotherapy and long-term hormone therapy; 4. Have participated in other clinical trials; 5. Complicated with mitral stenosis; 6. Combined with other cardiac operations.
