18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients under general anesthesia for elective unilateral arthroscopic surgery; 2. Aged 18-64 years, regardless of gender; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. Normal communication; 5. ASA grade I-II; 6. Voluntary subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary system diseases; 2. Endocrine system diseases: pituitary tumor, severe diabetes, increased cortisol syndrome, pheochromocytoma and other; 3. Mental diseases: schizophrenia, depression, chronic analgesic drug use, alcoholism, opioid dependence; 4. Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, severe insomnia; 5. Inability to understand 15-item Quality of Recovery (QOR-15); 6. Preoperative life was not able to take care of themselves; 7. Hemorrhagic disease history or abnormal coagulation function.
