Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible patients according to the 2010 Classification diagnostic criteria of American Society of Rheumatology (ACR) / European alliance against Rheumatism (EULAR) for primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS); 2.Aged between 18 and 75 years, without other previous chronic diseases; 3. The patients with treatment-naive pSS have not received anti rheumatic drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic drugs and biological agents before; 4.If patients with pSS have used anti-rheumatic drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic drugs and biological agents previously, a drug elution period of at least 3 months is needed, Blood samples from these patients are classified as baseline; 5. PSS patients who meet the third or fourth criteria above continue to receive anti-rheumatic drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic drugs and biological agents under the guidance of doctors in our hospital for three months. Blood samples from these patients are classified as time1; 6. PSS patients who meet the third or fourth criteria above continue to receive anti-rheumatic drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic drugs and biological agents under the guidance of doctors in our hospital for six months. Blood samples from these patients are classified as time2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients complicated with other autoimmune diseases; 2.Patients having other endocrine and metabolic diseases; 3.With tumor; 4.With other primary or secondary organ damage; 5.Patients who are receiving anti-rheumatic drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic drugs, biological agents, immunosuppressants, immunoglobulins and live attenuated vaccines in the past three months; 6.Have a history of upper respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, peptic ulcer and antibiotics in the past month; 7.Pregnant or lactating patients; 8.Have received organ transplantation or artificial replacement surgery in the past six months, such as heart valve replacement, joint replacement, etc.
