Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60-89 years old; 2. Normal cognition; 3. Able to communicate normally; 4. Able to complete the tests designed for this study independently; 5. Voluntarily participated in this experiment and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with gait disorders and mental disorders; 2. People with regular exercise habits.
