Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign a written informed consent, willing to participate in the trial and receive treatment; 2. Age18 to 45, regardness of gender, and all women did not take oral contraceptives; 3. The HAMD-17 scale scored greater than or equal to 17 points, and three entries were greater than or equal to 3 points; the Beck scale scored >=12 points; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-V bipolar disorder-depressive episode; 5. Suicide ideation has existed for nearly a week; 6. Patients with initial bipolar depression have not taken antidepressant or affective stabilizers; relapsed patients have not taken antidepressant or affective stabilizers for the last 2 weeks; 7. dextromanuality.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other mental disorders consistent with DSM-V diagnosis; 2. Patients with current infection, traumatic and autoimmune diseases or other medical diseases; 3. A history of alcohol and drug dependence, or patients receiving hormone drugs; 4. A history of brain injury or coma; 5. Family history of seizures or epilepsy; 6. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 7. Any contraindications to MRI, or magnetic resonance examination.
