Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The postgraduate students of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, who are interested in intervention activities and can guarantee full participation in time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute or severe physical and mental illness, or those in need of crisis intervention; 2.If he or she is receiving clinical treatment, he or she needs to ask the attending doctor for permission to join the group.
