Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with iliofemoral vein DVT for the first time, with or without femoral popliteal vein DVT and pulmonary embolism, and without a history of superficial varicose veins and lower extremity swelling; 2.Within 2 weeks of the disease course, iliac vein compression was found during thrombectomy; 3.Age 18-45 years, gender is not limited; 4.There are clear incentives, such as sedentary, oral hormones, major surgery, etc.; 5.Those who are willing to participate in the research of this project and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contrast agent allergy, less than 3 weeks after major surgery; 2.Pregnancy; 3.Anticoagulation contraindications; Patients with thrombophilia; 4.Platelet count < 60 x 10^9 /L; 5.Those who participate in other projects at the same time; 6.Those who cannot complete the follow-up.
