50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who still had pain 3 months after the herpes zoster lesions subsided and were excluded from pain caused by other diseases; 2.The age range is above 50 years old; 3.No serious systemic diseases, stable vital signs, no bleeding tendency; 4.Willing to receive PRP treatment; 5.No treatment was taken for PHN within 1 week; 6.Can read and understand by themselves, and can complete self-evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Suffering from special types of herpes zoster, such as eyes, ears, viscera, meningeal herpes zoster lesions outside the body; 3.Do not take pain as the main symptom; 4.Patients who have used corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within one month and have a history of drug abuse; 5.Allergic constitution, or scar constitution, or infectious skin disease patients in the past.
