50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the above diagnostic criteria and still had pain 3 months after the herpes zoster lesions subsided and were excluded from pain caused by other diseases; 2. The age range was 50-80 years; 3. No serious systemic diseases, stable vital signs, no bleeding tendency; 4. Willing to receive PRP treatment; 5. No treatment measures were taken for PHN within 1 week; 6. Patients who can read and understand by themselves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who had used corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within one month, Severe coagulation disorder or ongoing anticoagulation therapy, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, history of severe cardiopulmonary disease, had a history of drug abuse; 3. Allergic constitution, or scar constitution, or patients with infectious skin diseases in the past; 4. Inability to complete self-assessment of intelligence.
